- Time and date:
- Name of seller
- Address of seller
- Name of buyer
- Address of buyer
- Registration number
- Make and model
- Engine size
- V5C serial number
- Agreed price
- Amount paid
- The V5C has been completed by both parties and the seller will post it to DVLA
- Sets of keys have been handed over to the buyer
Notes including condition of vehicle
- Signature of seller
- Signature of buyer
